At Vela Jewels, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all items are considered final sale at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Please Note:

  • No refunds will be issued once an order has been placed
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been confirmed

However we've got you covered if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a $20 store credit
  • Your order is lost in transit — reach out to us and we will investigate with the carrier and offer a $20 store credit if the issue cannot be resolved

How to Claim Your Store Credit:
Simply email us at vela.jewels123@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified we will issue your $20 store credit within 1-2 business days.
