How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite pieces to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for a safe and secure checkout experience.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately once an order is confirmed it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Vela Jewels uses industry standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We never store your card details.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! No matter where you are we will get your jewelry to you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–20 business days depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.
My tracking number isn't updating, what do I do?
Please allow 3–5 business days for your tracking to update after receiving it. If it still isn't updating after that time contact us at vela.jewels123@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales at Vela Jewels are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We've got you covered. Contact us at vela.jewels123@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue and we will issue a $20 store credit once verified.
What if my order gets lost in transit?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days contact us at vela.jewels123@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier and offer a $20 store credit if the issue cannot be resolved.

What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?
Our collection includes sterling silver, 18k gold plated, stainless steel, copper, and zinc alloy pieces. Each product page lists the specific materials for that piece.
Will the jewelry tarnish over time?
This depends on the material. Stainless steel pieces are highly resistant to tarnishing. Gold and silver plated pieces may tarnish over time with exposure to water, sweat, and chemicals. We recommend removing jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying perfume.
How do I care for my jewelry?
- Store in a dry cool place away from direct sunlight
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, and harsh chemicals
- Clean gently with a soft dry cloth
- Keep pieces separate to avoid scratching
